investLogan has recently settled the acquisition of its headquarters at 8 Cinderella Drive Springwood. The purchase is part of the company’s long term investment strategy and demonstrates its confidence in Logan’s commercial property market.
The City of Logan is one of southeast Queensland’s fastest growing regions, home to over 340,000 residents with that number predicted to increase to 500,000 by 2041. With major businesses seeking to set up offices, along with the incredible growth in small to medium business, investLogan views this investment as the beginning of a substantial investment program over the next 5 years.
