The Suburbs of Opportunity Series (the Series) was developed by investLogan in 2019.
The Series is intended to promote the growth and investment in Logan which the research suggests is on track to deliver significant social environment and economic benefits for all of the residents of Logan. The research clearly shows that property values have been gaining pace across the city, increasing by 3.5%, in the five years to 2019, increasing home owners wealth, whilst the City remains affordable.
The Series compiles economic, employment, population, demographic and residential research data on every Logan suburb, where possible, to help residents, businesses and other interested parties understand the great lifestyle and growth opportunities available in Logan.
