Independent investment company investLogan has continued its drive to create development opportunities in Logan by calling for strategic partners to deliver a multi-storey mixed-use development at 96-98 York Street, within the Beenleigh Centre.
Chairman of investLogan Steve Greenwood said they had received expressions of interest from a number of like-minded partners seeking to deliver the best outcomes for the area.
“These potential strategic partners share our values and are committed to contributing to the City of Logan’s economic growth, whilst being mindful of delivering social and community benefit,” Mr Greenwood said.
To ensure that public amenity is maintained in the area, any development outcomes at the York Street location must provide the same or an improved number of accessible car parks as the existing public car parking located on site.
The proposed development is positioned to activate John Lane and spark small business investment in Beenleigh.
