Education key for Logan Angel investors and entrepreneurs

investLogan has hosted another Logan Angel Investment Group event, showing its continued support in bringing investors and entrepreneurs together to facilitate new partnerships.

Logan Angel’s most recent event of the series was focused on education, with guests hearing from experienced Angel Investors and serial entrepreneurs, Jim Kalkokerinos, John McTaggart and Kris Trevilyan as well as James Stokes, co-founder of Stokes Lawyers.

The community driven event saw local companies Superdraft and Microba Life Sciences Ltd pitch their business ideas to the room of investors.

investLogan CEO Todd Rohl said the initiative brings together investors looking to provide capital in exchange for shares in local start-ups that are after financial support to facilitate business growth.

“Supporting the Logan Angels is another way investLogan is able to advocate for local businesses and assist in driving the success of our local entrepreneurs,” Mr Rohl said.

“Logan Angels promotes local economic growth and highlights the creative, innovative minds of Logan, and we’re pleased to be involved.”
